Budget option is great.
I will say that waiting for a delivery for two weeks is a little much.
We greatly appreciated the customer service call from Michelle.
We had called the central dispatch to place an order. Michelle's call provided a more personal connection and she was able to answer all our questions and provide more detail about what day our delivery had been scheduled, how confirmation would happen.
In addition, she provided information about auto refill and monitoring and arranged for installation of the monitoring system.
The delivery service driver/technician was professional, efficient, and kind.
Overall, very satisfied with our experience.
Automatic filling
I like the fact they monitor the tank. I would however like for them to keep the % consistent.
In the winter months they will only produce a ticket when the tank is 15% and then it takes them 10 days to fill up. In the spring months the move the gage to 30% and produce the ticket.
I also pay in full which is quite expensive. I would like to see some sort of discount for patrons who pay in full. I would recommend them. They have been professional and on time and my tank is in a spot that is not the easiest to get to. I appreciate their services.

Everyone is friendly yet professional.
Last few winters have been mild, this year pretty cold so we'll see. I've been on the budget plan & it's been ok. They installed the remote tank level check which is nice but I don't check it, hope it works. I'd heard of someone running out because the gage stuck, hope that doesn't happen to us. But it was with different company.
