All the staff is nice and accommodating .

I like the staff, they are friendly and helpful and they take great care of our puppy and other puppies and dogs. I like that they can give the dogs baths at the facility and they have boarding, we just haven’t used the boarding yet. It is clean and the staff cares about each dog that comes to the facility.

The staff is very friendly and I love being able to watch my dog at daycare via the webcams.

I think it is a great environment for a dog to spend the day. My dog learns how to participate in polite play with other dogs. He is in a temperature controlled environment so i never need to be concerned about the weather. He loves the staff. He also gets mental stimulation and lunch, plus I get a report card and am able to check on him through the webcams. It has exceeded my expectations.

Flexibility and understanding

I like having the cameras to see my pup during the visit and I feel that he was well cared for. My only suggestion would to be able to get feedback from the room attendant, especially since it was his firs visit.

I like that the staff is totally focused on the dogs. They really care. My bigger girl is afraid of her own shadow, but they make her feel safe. She comes home more confident. Both my dogs love it there. They get excited when I ask them if they want to “go to school.”
