I can’t say enough about the staff at dogtopia Cherryhill. They are extremely nice, responsive, and attentive. I have been working with Savannah and Callie, and they simply adore Ellie, and that makes me feel good leaving her there whether on a long vacation or short stay. Since taking my bulldog Ellie there for daycare and boarding, she never wants to leave. I have never seen her so active, getting some exercise, when I see her on webcam. it’s exciting to see, at home, my bulldog just likes to sleep. I highly recommend dogtopia, what a great experience, and no worry leaving her there.

The staff knows the dogs. They are attentive. The video feed is very helpful in keeping an eye on the dogs safety

But city gets very crowded and the little dogs very rarely go outside. Even in the summer. Also there are a surprising number of large dogs from time to time in city. I imagine this is staffing problems like everywhere else. But the dogs do a lot of pacing and not much play.

There are two key reasons why we give Dogtopia a score of 10. We can watch our dog and view what is happening in her room during all play times. We also greatly appreciate that an adult is always present, in the room, monitoring the dogs and cleaning up after them. Additionally, the staff member in the room does not shoe favoritism toward any particular dog.
The staff is pleasant and they seem to genuinely like their jobs.

First, your staff has to be the friendliest and most accommodating group of people I have encountered in quite some time. And I can tell you that makes all the difference. The comfort in knowing that caring and kind individuals will be caring for our dog makes a difference.
