Staff is always friendly and they always remember us. The hours are convenient despite changes due to COVID. The prices are fair. I like that you use crates and not kennels. I love the webcams too. My dog LOVES going to daycare. She gets so excited when we pull up and is always so happy when I pick her up. The only (very small) piece of feedback I have is that staff should be trained in how to put on various harnesses. My dog's harness sometimes isn't put on properly when I pick her up.

I love dogtopia in cherry hill. My Ellie has a blast every time she goes. The k-9 coaches do a great job with the dogs and gives them a lot of attention. Ellie does not ever want to leave. One of the k-9 coaches always has to walk us out 🐶❤️🐶.. every time, Ellie always has the best day ever ❤️

Friendly staff, I like the break in the middle of the day for the pups and that I can check in on him with the webcams.

We love dogtopia and use them whenever we are in the area. The facility is super nice and clean, the staff is friendly and loves the dogs, and my pup will excitedly wag his tail as we get close and practically run into the facility. I highly recommend it!

Everyone at Dogtopia clearly cares about the well-being of all of the pups in their care. Our dog tends to be afraid of strangers, but they have made him feel right at home. Now, as soon as they open the door to go into the back, he runs straight in! The effort they put forth to make the dogs happy and comfortable is appreciated. And the fun special activities they offer, like special treat days, seem to make our dog excited to go there. He loves getting to play with all his dog friends, and we love that there are cameras so we can check in on him during the course of the day.

Dogtopia Cherry Hill has been amazing from the start! We are confident when we drop her off that our Rosie is in the best care every day. On top of that, when she injured her knee a few months ago, they were concerned about her while she was out recovering (called, emailed and sent a card!), then took extra precautions to make sure she was safe upon her return. They truly look out for all of the dogs, making sure they are playing nicely, appropriately and all of the staff seem to geniunely love what they do!

Location. Very clean and nice looking. Price is comparable to others in the area. They seem very friendly and really care about the dogs.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Everyone is so nice and always keeping us in the loop. Amazing skills with my dog and all other dogs there. great grooming as well. and all the little contest and events are awesome especially love when they send home photos of the dogs having a good time! Webcams are also a plus so I can check in!! 10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE in the area

Professional staff. I’m impressed with the training and required certification for staff. The facility is great. Very clean; doesn’t smell like doggie facility. It seems everyone really cares about the customers (both furry and not so furry 😊)

I love how patient and kind everyone on the staff is. I also really enjoy the webcam feature. It’s hard not to watch my dogs all day long on there! It’s nice to be able to see how caring and loving the staff is to ALL of the dogs. The best part is how tired and happy my dogs are when they come home after a full day of Doggy Day Care.

It is so heartwarming to see Archie so excited to come spend the day at Dogtopia. It is comforting to know he is in a clean and safe environment getting lots of exercise and attention.

All the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions. They always make you feel like your pet is safe and happy! We had an issue at one point and the manager and owner got back to me immediately and it was resolved very quickly. Our puppy jumps out of the car eager to get in as soon as we pull up! There are webcams so you can see what’s going on during the day which is nice and comforting. We also love that there are different activities on different days. For example, treat day, water day, etc. it’s always a fun day at a Dogtopia Cherry Hill.
