Love Dogtopia! Everything about it and my dogs love going and playing all day and when they come home they are tired!

Associate at front desk was friendly, courteous, and professional. She greeted me and my dog with warmth and kindness. Associate in the room with my dog was active and gave the dogs lots of attention.

The staff is always helpful and they take great care of our dog and other dogs that go there.

We are very happy with Dogtopia and the care that Maxine receives for her occasional daycare visits and overnight boardings. We have recommended Dogtopia to several neighbors. HOWEVER...on several occasions when we have come in on the weekend (like today 5/13), the daycare attendant needs to cage every dog in order to come out and speak with us (or another client), then return to the daycare room and let them back out again. Until the next client comes in and thay all get temporarily caged again. Seems like this could occur many many times during the day. This is unfair to both the attendant and the dogs. Adding additonal (PT?) staff on the weekend would prevent this and certainly be both more efficient and provide better care for your client pets. Appreicate you considering this feedback. We will continue to use Dogtopia but will have concerns about this issue until we see changes. Thank you, Name removed

The employees are very welcoming and answered any questions that I had. The place is kept very clean and the dogs seem to be happy there.

You take amazing care of my dog, whether it's daycare or overnight. It gives me such peace of mind knowing I can leave my dog at Dogtopia while I travel. I completely trust the staff and owners!

There is always a staff member in the rooms with the dogs, monitoring their actions and behaviors. They place the dogs in the rooms according to their behaviors. For example, our dog, although on the smaller size, does better with larger dogs. Hence, she is placed accordingly. Also, we can zoom in at ANY time to see what our dog is up to.
The staff is always congenial and friendly.

The staff is amazing and my dog gets sooo very excited to greet them when I take him to the front door. He plays all day with the other dogs and comes home very happy and very sleepy- my favorite haha. Never had any issues with Dogtopia and I do not anticipate I ever will. I love the cute little events they have for the dogs too!
