To go from good to better, have a current baseball or tennis game on TV. Instead, there were these sports commentators giving their opinions of a football, basketball teams, team players (fill in the blanks here). The semi-finals of Wimbledon was taking place on ESPN and I could not watch it. My stylist told that she has no control of the TV.

Sports theme, friendly stylists, clean environments, usually not much wait time, prices are pretty good for the service you get, often coupons or discounts available in local publications. Great men's hair care products to buy at fairly reasonable prices.
I am not a huge sports fan, but the ladies there are always very friendly and Alyssa gave me a fantastic haircut.
I'm not sure what has changed but there is a different (better) attitude and vibe at this Matthews location. Great staff (Erika) and so easy to get in and out when using the online appointment app. Keep up the good work and I'll see you in 4 weeks!
