Long wait on Saturday 09-29. Did not reserve a spot via the website and when I arrived it said a 30 minute wait. Was actually closer to 40 Min. Still once I was chaired, excellent customer service by Diane.

Was amazing I’ve been struggling to find a hair stylist here In Charlotte and ever since I lost my old one and I got to say she was amazing very attentive she listen to me and she followed through her customer service was amazing and I will definitely be back to see her.
