good haircut - friendly stylist

I recently went to my babershop may 12th wasnt Acknowledged at all left went and got my hair cut by Alyssa. My mother passed away may 10th and i was in shambles Alyssa was very compassionate loving respectful employee she took care of my needs that day and i came back again 2 more visits one visit she wasnt there was taken care of by a sweet person named Evelyn. My recent visit on july 19th Alyssa was there. I thanked her for taking good care of me the week i lost my mother and it is hard to find people like her. She made me feel comfortable when i was in shambles and upset glad she tool care of mw again on my recent visit. Love for yall to keep a compassionate loving employee such as Alyssa

Rosa, and I do buy the products Rosa recommends. Both I and my husband get our hair cut there. Rosa is what keeps us coming back. She is very skilled, more importantly she is very professional, and had a warm welcoming personality. She is a great asset for you. I have sent her referrals as well.

The staff are always very friendly and great with our son who has sensory issues! Love going there usually not long wait time either. Congrats to all the staff at Matthews for great service.

To go from good to better, have a current baseball or tennis game on TV. Instead, there were these sports commentators giving their opinions of a football, basketball teams, team players (fill in the blanks here). The semi-finals of Wimbledon was taking place on ESPN and I could not watch it. My stylist told that she has no control of the TV.

Sports theme, friendly stylists, clean environments, usually not much wait time, prices are pretty good for the service you get, often coupons or discounts available in local publications. Great men's hair care products to buy at fairly reasonable prices.

I am not a huge sports fan, but the ladies there are always very friendly and Alyssa gave me a fantastic haircut.

I'm not sure what has changed but there is a different (better) attitude and vibe at this Matthews location. Great staff (Erika) and so easy to get in and out when using the online appointment app. Keep up the good work and I'll see you in 4 weeks!
