I used to go to Great Clips back when I lived in Texas. Then 3 Sport Clips opened up near me and some coupons came in the mail. The hot towel and scalp massage was a winner! Then we moved to NC in 2021. My FiL moved in with us and didn't really have a lot of hair. Plus Sport Clips was about an hour away in Wilmington. So it was back to Great Clips. After FiL passed in 2022, we were in Wilmington one day and I decided I needed a haircut. So to Sport Clips I forgot the amazing service I had been getting in Texas. So now we make a day of going to Wilmington for my haircuts!

I really appreciate being able to schedule my appointment and then have the stylist be able to retrieve notes from previous appointments before confirming how to proceed with the current appointment. Also, having a stylist that listens is a plus! The shampoo and head massage, along with a hot towel on the face is the cherry on top!!!
