Caroline, my stylist, is very friendly and listens to my needs regarding my haircut. She is very thorough and does not let me leave the chair until I am happy with the results.
She seems like she never has a bad day and represents the store quite well.
Kinsey is amazing and always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and she's always upbeat and professional. Plus she always gives an amazing haircut and is a real asset to Sports Clips.

I travel as a sales & customer service trainer and neglected to get pretty before flying into Greenville yesterday. I arrived close to closing at the Sportclips and was told that the team could help me, but it might be a short wait. She several times made her way to the front area to apologize to the few people who were waiting. By the time I left it was an hour past closing time, and I had been treated to an exceptional experience by Jasmine. She made it clear that staying late to serve a customer was just how she rolled: not exceptional for her, but it most certainly was to me.
I had given up on expecting friendly and sincere service at chain hair places years ago, I learned to be satisfied leaving without having someone ask me if I had lost a bet based on the looks of my haircut. I hope you'll recognize Jasmine! I am in Greenville frequently and as along as I am able to be on your area, I will always visit this Sportclips. AND, when I am not I intend to see if other Sportclips might offer the same exceptional service.
