The stylist said "Maybe you could try giving him Head and Shoulders?" My wife replied "How do you give shoulders?"

A good simple haircut at a good price and I like how you can put your name on the waiting list virtually so you don't have to spend time waiting in the store.
I have been shaving my own head and managing my own beard for the last decade, with only perhaps 3 or 4 trips to a barbershop throughout that time. When I came in as a walk-in on my first visit & was greeted by Elissa, everything changed! She was excellent with the trimmers & super-shaver. And the shampoo/warm facial towel wrap were wonderfully luxurious. It was such a pleasure seeing her that I took her knowledgable recommendations and purchased some products as well to take home, which I've been very happy with. Elissa is an exceptional representative of friendly, knowledgable customer service with attention to detail & she is the reason I have returned for a second visit. I hope the Hickory SportClips location knows how valuable an asset Elissa is!
Always have a great visit when I take my son, all the staff has been patient with him as he learns not to be afraid of the clippers and he always looks fresh after a cut.

Bess is the best as I have had her for years to cut my hair. I walk in and she knows what to do and how to give a great cut with my cowlicks. I always look to see if she’s working. If I really need a cut and she isn’t available the others also do a great job. Also the price on products compared to like Amazon are the same which is great so when up sold on items I don’t need to think about getting a better price elsewhere.
