I typically choose the closest store, with the lowest wait time, and first available stylist. I have always been happy and feel comfortable with the laid back yet professional stylists. Wish it were a few bucks less so I could leave a bigger tip

I like the fact you can sign-up via the app for haircut appointment and see the wait time. You don’t have to wait at the store if you have a long wait time. The stylists are very friendly and I have gotten a great haircut from them. I really like that I can get a shampoo after getting a haircut to reduce the amount of loose hairs.
A suggested improvement would be the ability to change the channel to an actual sporting game and not watch big ESPN every time.
