First time being at Sport Clips in a while, about 10 years.
I came in with not much time for a haircut and wasn't looking for all the fluff (massage and shampoo). Jonni got the job done fast and with skill, all while making great conversation. I will be returning when my hair grows back for sure. 10/10
The television is way too loud all the time. I am severe-profound Deaf and require hearing aids for conversation, but it was incredibly difficult to work around that. I had to remove my hearing aids to get the haircut (which was expected and fine), and I could still very nearly clearly hear the television without them.
The person who cut my hair was very kind and very gentle. She asked questions in order to make sure she was absolutely sure as to what I was asking for, and then asked someone to help her to make sure that she was doing it correctly. I think she did a wonderful job on my hair, and gave me the most gentle haircut I have ever had. Besides the television being too loud, the experience was pretty all right

I enjoy the facial hot towel and shampoo washing after getting my hair cut. The way the staff massage my head is so relaxing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are willing to share and hear my thoughts which makes me feel valued and respected.
The stylists all are very professional and do a good job, but something the online reservation system is a bit erratic.
My barber was super friendly and did a great job, I will definitely be back!

Heather was so patient and so nice to us and made our Aldrin feel so safe. She showed him every step of the way what she was gonna do. He is fascinated with a hair dryer and she showed it to him and how to use it. I give her 100 stars ⭐️
Also want to give Darlene some praise. We had been trying to set up appointments for him. She was so helpful too didn’t work out that day but she was nice about it. We love this place. Hubby gets bread trimming and I’ve had cuts. Just a happy place to be
