I like the fact you can sign-up via the app for haircut appointment and see the wait time. You don’t have to wait at the store if you have a long wait time. The stylists are very friendly and I have gotten a great haircut from them. I really like that I can get a shampoo after getting a haircut to reduce the amount of loose hairs.
A suggested improvement would be the ability to change the channel to an actual sporting game and not watch big ESPN every time.

Very quick. Getting a haircut there is an easy in-and-out for me, and I don't have a smartphone so I don't check in before I get to the location.

I have been going to this location for the better part of 2 years ... try to get the same person but the staff turnover is pretty high; however, while I might have had 3-4 different stylists over the 2 years, all staff were great. I do like the fact that my desired 'cut' is stored in the system.
Affordable and friendly staff. Greeted by name which makes you feel welcome. Destiny is always trying to do better and gives people an amazing haircut!
