I got a great haircut but your appointment system is broken. When I went to the website it said the wait was 35 minutes, as soon as I made my appointment I got an email saying the wait was 7 minutes, I got there in about 8 minutes and when I checked in it said my wait was 28 minutes. I ended up waiting over 50 minutes.
