My weekly favorite is the SilverSneakers chair yoga class led by Christine on Tuesday mornings.
My husband and I come to the Y twice a week to use the weight machines, per our doctor’s suggestion.

The instructors, format, and times are all good….added bonus is that they are Silver Sneaker classes. In these times, you rarely find anything that doesn’t cost you! I understand it is from our healthcare benefit so it’s a win-win!
As a senior, I like the group exercise classes, especially the Silver Sneakers, Fit After 50 and Flexible Ab classes. The staff members are super friendly and eager to help. It’s also nice to catch up on news and learn about special events listed on the bulletin boards. I like the instructors and people who go there.

There is something for everyone. Pool, Machines, Gym with Pickle Ball, etc. Lots of classes. Everyone is super friendly too. AND they offer bus trips around the area for reasonable costs.

I mainly work with my trainer Max Cuevas. Max is kind but makes me do the things I need to do to stay healthy. He is a great asset to your organization.
