I appreciate the programable treadmills with full cable connection. I occasionally go to the French Creek site an am surprised at the limited channels and programing. Also enjoy the 10 AM aquatics. Updated locker room is nice, Thank you. Mens shower area needs work: tile cleaning/replacement. Also, please continue to mute TVs. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I love the Aqua Fit classes. I have attended other classes from time to time and enjoyed them too. I have met some terrific people at the Y and am very happy I decided to come there.

You have a nice variety for all age groups. For seniors, the courses have been rehabilitating. Theresa teaches strength and yoga with professionalism and fun. She redesigns the courses based on our feedback. My husband loves the pool and his healthy and physicality have improved as a result. I like the size. The receptionist is polite and charming. Love it.
I love the WestShore YMCA and am happy to see more efforts toward keeping all areas clean.

Love Rosie’s & Liam’s classes…always a good workout! Like being able to walk the track before those classes.
The gals @ the front desk are always friendly & helpful… as well as Dawn.
Looks like the equipment… ie weights, balls & bands could use cleaning on a regular basis.
Otherwise, I’m happy with the facility & the classes I take there!

The sauna and the steam room are important. Just make sure that they are kept up with maintenance.
