I attend Dawn's morning water exercise classes as often as possible and I recommend these classes to anyone with physical limitations. These are "work at your own pace" classes and beneficial to me personally because of my leg and hip pain. The pool temperature is consistent and never too crowded for moving about. I plan on working out in the gym in the near future too.

Absolutely Everything. Kindness to All human beings especially entering the Freench Creet YMCA. The special warmth friendliness of All working staff. All members are happy working out on all new Exercise Equipment. Getting ready to spring into Spring with healthy new sliced down wt. And increased physical strength and endurance.
The adult programs and especially There Bus Trips for a day of joyful camaraderie and new friendships. With lovely new kind members to interact with social functions. Missing just one day of attendance puts a cloud over our members heads. FRENCH CREE k YMCA is a JOY TO GO TO .
I love the adult programs- Silver Sneakers- and the Active Older Adult Programs that are planned with our coordinator Theresa Grace. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.

We have only done the swimming for little kids. I wish more were offered for adults and in the evening after work.
Everyone has been helpful and friendly. The "drop-in" class concept is very helpful for people with every changing schedules. Plus, the YMCA has a wonderful assortment of activities!
