The staff is very courteous and welcoming. They greet you by your name. They are more than willing to answer questions and go above and beyond explaining different programs and how you may benefit from them.

You are trying to improve. The steam room and sauna are strong points to taunt new members.
Only negative: ask the maintenance to check he soap dishes in the showers to keep them full.
Check weekly, please!

This is my daughter’s second year attending the YMCA summer camp. She absolutely loves the summer camp. The staff is attentive and does a great job with the kids.
We absolutely love the YMCA summer camps. My daughter did the art camp this year and has enjoyed her experience, the themes and making new friends. The camp counselors are great.
The staff is very pleasant. They seem to have a good rapport with the kids. They seem like they like their jobs.
Our family has loved the YMCA specialty camps and have participated for several years. The staff does a great job! The kids have such a wonderful time and come home tired from a full day of engaging activities. They always look forward to the camp. The emails from the administrators are well organized and the process is extremely easy. Also, these programs are a great value for the price. Can’t say enough good things!

I know i sound like a broken record, but every time I have the privilege of exercising at West Shore it's an enjoyable workout
Weight room, exercise equipment, B-ball court, never over crowded.
Pickleball, pool and workout area. Sauna and steam room are a plus as well as the upgraded locker area
Pickleball is a great way to meet people and exercise.
Westshore has the best staff out of all Y locations. Daniel has been a great director, proactive and engaging, something that has been missing from there for decades.
We have very friendly and caring members and leaders.

The counselors are very friendly and polite. I also appreciate the email we receive a few days before the camp giving us a heads up on what to expect. My son had fun and seemed happy whenever I picked him up

I like the ratio and policies regarding swim activities. There were at least 3 lifeguards to the group of 10-12 kids, and children were required to wear life safety vests. Also activities were structured and scheduled in a manner that allowed children to get at least 30 minutes of exercise, structured group activities, and free play. All children received a company branded shirt.
Every year is always spectacular! My children have been in the program for 5 years and they love it! Even with changing staff every year, it is still kept fun with so many stories!
