Like the equipment and not crowded place. Friendly workers.
I like the ratio and policies regarding swim activities. There were at least 3 lifeguards to the group of 10-12 kids, and children were required to wear life safety vests. Also activities were structured and scheduled in a manner that allowed children to get at least 30 minutes of exercise, structured group activities, and free play. All children received a company branded shirt.
Every year is always spectacular! My children have been in the program for 5 years and they love it! Even with changing staff every year, it is still kept fun with so many stories!

I appreciate the programable treadmills with full cable connection. I occasionally go to the French Creek site an am surprised at the limited channels and programing. Also enjoy the 10 AM aquatics. Updated locker room is nice, Thank you. Mens shower area needs work: tile cleaning/replacement. Also, please continue to mute TVs. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I love the Aqua Fit classes. I have attended other classes from time to time and enjoyed them too. I have met some terrific people at the Y and am very happy I decided to come there.

You have a nice variety for all age groups. For seniors, the courses have been rehabilitating. Theresa teaches strength and yoga with professionalism and fun. She redesigns the courses based on our feedback. My husband loves the pool and his healthy and physicality have improved as a result. I like the size. The receptionist is polite and charming. Love it.
I love the WestShore YMCA and am happy to see more efforts toward keeping all areas clean.
