I appreciate your options for seniors. My husband and I take advantage of the weight room twice a week as advised by our primary physician. All staff are courteous and helpful, they greet us every time we come in.

I am so glad that the west lake ymca.It's still going strong. I have met many wonderful people there and enjoy the pickleball. The pool is also fun.

I love Dawn! She makes working out fun and she knows her stuff. I have recommended several people to the Y. At least one has already joined.
