The pool and sauna set the Y apart from the corporate fitness places. The quality and variety of xercise equipment keeps the workouts new and interesting. The locker room is always clean how I like it. I am happy at the YMCA.
So far, I only use the treadmills and weight machines. I have yet to sign up for any activities or programs.

I love the Active Older Adult Programs and all of the improvements that have been made to the facility. Therese Grace does an excellent job of soliciting our input and schedules excellent programs for us.

The staff was wonderful! We came to Westpark for the first few weeks of camp and then switched to Lakewood Y as it is 2 blocks from our home. After 2 days at Lakewood Y our child stopped wanting to go to camp. After much discussion we found out that he was being bullied there. I asked him how we could resolve the problem and his answer was “take me back to my old summer camp (Westpark Y).
In one email I was able to get him back into Westpark Y camp. And he was happy again.
The group size at WestPark Y was significantly smaller than at the Lakewood Y and I think that made all the difference.
Mr. William was always so friendly and welcoming in the morning.

The teachers at YMCA West Park are wonderful. My son had great experience this summer.
