Hello,
Right now i am currently not part of any programs or activities. I am using the excersise room Tread Mill Weight Machines ETC. and i am impressed. The West Park Y has come a long way since i was a member a few years back when i left do to some issues. MASSIVE improvements and i am noticing a staff that really cares.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. After a recent illness my husband has just begun to use the walking treat machine. Each time we come he is getting a little stronger. Then we will try the pool for more exercise.
I use the treadmills and weight machines. Always clean and working.

Love all my Groupe exercise instructor the front desk employees very friendly . I feel very comfortable working out in this YMCA facility.
The silversneakers programs are wonderful. The Active Older Adult Program offers many social programs that are great.
The facility is complete and staff members are welcoming.
