I love the treadmills with videos of world locations. I love my personal trainer. And I really love that the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming.
The class offerings
I feel like the program helped save my life by keeping me mobile. I enjoy to fellowship with the other senior citizens. The staff is amazing, I consider them family . I love each of them in a special way. I thank God for the YMCA.

My life has been greatly enhanced by coming to the Y. I have met the nicest people and I have made great strides in my health. I love having access to a Senior Room and to a gym so that I can walk inside in the winter. There are many caring staff members.
