I am there to work out as part of my recovery from heart surgery. I like the mix of equipment that you have and especially the 'senior room' where I can work lighter and not try to keep up with the serious lifters. Most of all I like the people that I meet that work there or work out there. It's a very friendly place.
I appreciate the program because it aligns with my work hours. It allows me to take breaks for quick workouts, and the scheduling is convenient.
I like to go on sunday. I didn't know the pool wasn't open. I wen't somewhere else.
