I very much enjoy the pool/whirlpool/sauna. I suffer from chronic back pain and water activities have been quite helpful. The scheduled times are convenient as well

The senior room excersizes and the socialization, a very pleasant staff too

I enjoy the water activities, sauna and the Hot Top.
I get my workout then can relax my muscles.
I also love the dance class and the gyms.
The instructor is knowledgeable The people are friendly and the times for the classes

I LOVE THE AQUATICS IT’S VERY EASY TO DO THE WATER ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BODY IS SORE FROM TRAUMA LIKE CAR ACCIDENTS, INSTRUCTORS ARE EASY TO FOLLOW. Tracey Letson
I like the swimming pool schedule, but the swimming suit machine needs to be repaired because it is so hard to use.
Swim class for kids
The is most rewarding for me. I love the way people are very welcoming.
