I love the aqua jog classes. Maureen is a wonderful teacher, and when she is not there, Ann is a perfect substitute teacher.
I also like the options upstairs in the gym area - especially the treadmill and the recumbent bikes.
I have taken chair yoga at this Y and it was great. However, my schedule doesn’t allow for that right now.
But I am a regular at the pool for aqua jog nearly every morning!
I enjoy my 8 a.m. water aerobics class.
The team members are friendly and encouraging.

I haven’t been to many programs other that private swim lessons and the workout room. It’s a super positive environment and the staff is always willing to help! I do wish they had more teen programs or a Leaders Club for my daughter.
The aqua arthritis class is priceless.
We love the swimming lessons (coach Charles shout out!!) and family swim.
I use the weight/exercise room exclusively. It's clean, and the machines are top notch.
While I'm giving feedback, I have a couple concerns. Some of the monitors on the elliptical machines don't work. Also, sometime in the recent past music was added to that room over a loud speaker. I don't care at all for that, especially the music that is played. Most people who want to listen to music while they work out listen to their own on headphones.
Group exercises, Various types and times. Lots of equipment. Pathways is super helpful for moms like me. Extra programs like sports leagues. Pool and sauna and hot tub are all appreciated too. Nice community program information posted all the time too. I love the Y.
Availability for most people's schedules
I like the classes and the weight room. I will probably try the pool at some point over the winter.

Love the exercise classes I go to on Monday and Tuesday. Everyone is so friendly at this y and the space is so roomy. I can get there in 10 minutes as there is no traffic.

Facility is nice and clean, but what it really makes stand out is the Pathways and a reeeeaaaally nice ladies that work there. My life enjoy going there.

Kids night out is amazing. Love activities for the kids, so keep them coming!
There are many classes that are available as well as exercise equipment. Some of my favorites are water aerobics, yoga, ss classic, boom move, and circuit.
