Front door staff friendly and helpful
I like the updated machines in the work out room. Also, it is helpful is that the age has been lowered a little bit. I can start teaching my child about good health and fitness at an age where it is beneficial - before off choices take hold.
I like the equipment
I swim and I like that the pool area has a high ceiling and a lot of natural light. Most of the time not too crowded.

I like that there is a wide variety of activities. I like the different exercise classes offered. I like that there is childcare while I work out. I like that the pool has open swim throughout the week.

I enjoy the wide range of equipment and additions to it since my last visits when the pandemic began. also happy as to the lack of overcrowding & additional sanitation actions (partially because it is summer but if it were crowded and no spacing available I would not attend even though fully vaccinated)..
Variety without pressure
Love the group exercise classes!
The instructors are very good but not enough variety of classes. Flexible Core was best attended until pandemic, No flexible core. I’m sure it’s difficult getting instructors.
I enjoy swimming laps and the sauna and hot tub.

The equipment is good and the people who work there are friendly.. The lockers are kind of small though and most larger duffel bags will not fit inside. They do an excellent job keeping it clean also

Good prices for activities, great instructors, flexible times
I don’t like that there is a revolving door of trainers and classes. We need more barbell racks too. There is always a wait for them. If we could improve these two things it would be a score of 10.
