The teachers should be adequately paid to teach these technically important classes… most yoga teachers make at least $50 per class because they must be thoroughly trained.

I like the lap swim times. I also use the gyms for jogging, dribbling, and shooting the basketball, which are part of my recovery regimen from brain lesions.
I like the cleanliness of the gym upstairs and the ability to have a sit in the sauna after a workout.

Our son has had a wonderful time doing basketball this season. It was his first time and he loves it. We'll definitely be back for another season. Coach Curtis Pratt has been wonderful with the kids.
Great fun for a 3 year old. Learn the game, play with other kids, learn good sportsmanship.
The program was great! You just need more chairs in the gym for parents and family to watch. And refs need to be more consistent with their calls.
I love the excercise pool program for people with arthritis. The only time my old knees don't hurt is when I'm in the pool.

I attend Silver Sneakers classes. Andrea is an excellent teacher and I am very happy to go to her class
Many offerings I was not aware of like yoga, tai chi and pickel ball.
I use the weight room and cardio only. 20 years ago I and my kids engaged in Adventure Guides, etc. They are in their 20's now and I'm in my 60's. I like the trainers in the weight room and although I do not use them for any one on one training, they are helpful if I have questions. Will Rembert and Chris Schneider are who have answered questions.
Griffin Beach runs a great YMCA and I would highly recommend it.
Schedules are well followed and the coach is very good at instilling fair play and sportsmanship

Constructive coaching
I like the positive focus and the learning aspect. My daughter is in the 5-6 basketball and though not really a good player she has learned to dribble. I love when I'm sitting on the floor watching a game that younger siblings are playing on the side lines and it really feels like a fun and safe place for families.
My son played in the 9-11 league and that was fun to. The refs and coaches are great.
