Instructors are great. Lots of options
I have done many classes at the French Creek Y (cycling, all types of yoga, water aerobics, pickelball, group exercise classes just to name a few). Every instructor is awesome! They modify to all levels. Other members are friendly and provide encouragement. I love it!

My son has a membership and he uses the free weights and often plays basketball in the gym. He usually goes to the Y between 3-4 times a week.
I like the Step aerobics and rebound classes taught by Mary (Tu, Wed, Sat).
However, it has been so hot in the aerobics studio that I have had to step out to reduce my core temperature. It's only May. What will this be like in July?
PLEASE reassess the temperature and humidity in that room.
There are a lot of options including dance aerobics and weight lifting classes and a beautiful pool that is well managed by Milan
I use the pool a few times a week and everyone is always super friendly.

The front desk staff is so friendly and inviting. Chris Schneider, my personal trainer, is very encouraging and keeps me on track with building strength. I love that ALL PEOPLE are employed by the Y! The Y is clean and the programming offers something for everyone!

Great choice of classes and times.
One note that I do have is a rebounder trampoline broke last week in Wednesday night's class. After looking at others, class participants found that theirs was breaking where the spring attaches to the frame. Please inspect all and replace as needed.
