Arthritis Pool Class is excellent. The Facility is clean in general. The Staff is friendly However - the pool is too cool, the ceiling above the pool is dripping, a light in the gym ceiling is flashing on and off for days, too much dirt accumulated around bottom of pool. Why?

I bring my autistic grandson to go swimming and everybody is so kind and nice

I arrive at 5:30am greeted by George et al and am gone within 25 minutes after using 7 weight machines that Sacha oversees. It’s a community that early of course.

I've been a member at other branches in the past in the Greater Cleveland area. They're all good, but Lakewood is exceptional! The staff and instructors have all been amazing, the selection of group classes fits a myriad of needs, the variety and quality of the equipment is excellent, and the timely communication from the staff is much appreciated.
