I love the water aerobics classes.
As a senior citizen and Silver Sneakers participant, the availability of Silver Sneakers exercise classes and others targeted to seniors is very good.
My grandson likes the weight training
I like the fact that there a selection of exercise classes, it would be nice if there were more of a selection of intermediate classes. Maybe something between high energy and silver sneaker.
Maybe I just haven't found one yet.
The changes in aquatics is notable: cleanliness of pool / water: neatness of surrounding area, mural in entrance / pool waiting area, cannot say enough to express appreciation for life guards being much more consistent in openings well as friendly. THANK YOU from someone who has to keep a work schedule as well.
The opening staff, welcoming, engaging, very helpful and informative. Andrea and Cody make a great pair. Grateful for the lobby they created as well. ** The SATURDAY opening crew has also been great - opening on time and even a few minutes early to let people waiting, friendly and more engaging. These differences in the cultural atmosphere are much appreciated and have enhanced my daily use of the facility. I look forward to coming in because of their efforts.
I love the variety of programs and the times that are available to workout, have childcare, and enjoy the amenities like the sauna and pool. My daughter has had great success with swim lessons also!

I am still very much a beginner on my fitness journey. I mostly have been attending the group classes which have been extremely helpful with having some guidance and accountability in my endeavors. I particularly enjoy the Tuesday morning dance class.
They have free orientations to help you learn to use the equipment and become more confident in exercising on your own, which I plan to take advantage of soon; free counseling services for the community, whether or not you are a member; childcare available for families with young children while their adults are using the facilities; and sometimes have food available in their food pantry and resources available for when they do not.
Everyone has been super helpful and kind, staff and members alike. I have never once felt judged, only welcomed.
The YMCA is for everyone and an asset to the community. I am proud to be a member.
