I enjoy the AOA activities and programs. They are very organized and well run. I also like the beginning pickleball on fridays it's a very good introduction to the game.
Don't participate besides working out once in a while. Facility is beautiful.

The variety and programs geared for all age groups. The great staff helps a lot also.
I like the T Th cycling at 9:00 am and the sculpt at 10:00 am. Melanie is the best instructor there. She should get a raise.

Very varied
I attend 9:00 water exercise class. Appreciate the varied instructors. Like the ability to move different muscles as we 'play' volleyball.
My best exercise is in water....would love more classes. A few years ago water Zumba was offered and it was great!

Very friendly staff
I am currently in the LiveStrong program and the instructors are amazing!! I never thought this program would be as fantastic as it is and I'm going to hate it coming to an end. Thanks to Christine, Beth and Shannon, we've learned how to properly use the equipment at the Y, we've learned how to keep our minds and bodies strong and to enjoy who we are and we've learned all about the programs available to us after the program ends. Can't wait to continue to use the facility and take advantage of the many programs thanks to these awesome ladies. These instructors need to be acknowledged for the outstanding effort and program they have put forth.
