I love the E-Gym! It is easy to use and a no brainer. The machines do all the figuring out for the settings. Now it is fun to work out. Staff is very friendly.

Love Melanie Vitale’s classes. She always varies the routines and equipment, making each workout unique. The 9:30 AM Friday abs class is a perfect add-on to her 10 AM class.
Your programs allow me to experience activities that I would never do on my own.
Well planned and well organized by an amazing staff
My son was lukewarm and nervous about starting swim lessons again but he loved his instructor. His instructor was funny and made swimming fun for him. My daughter is in the "mom only" phase of life so she was not as excited but the instructors were patient and kind with her, which I appreciated.
I think knowing how to swim is extremely important and I always felt like my kids were safe in the pool.

Love the active older adults classes. Wide variety of classes for different abilities and interests.
The EGym is great. I love that it gives individualized exercise for all the main muscle groups. Loads all the weights specifically for us, and allows us to get good exercise any time we care to use it.
I love doing my water exercises in the current pool. I visit 2-3/times per week to walk a mile, then do 1 or 2 circuits of the Egym. The Egym is so much fun that you don't realize you are actually exercising your body! I have also recently added additional machines. I brought my husband in for Egym to improve his upper body and it is working.
