The circular pole, and the hot tub
I am able to swim when I want. Workout whenever.
Great workout room. Can always get on the equipment
Hours are good. Especially like the recumbent bike, treadmill, rower, stepper, Enough machines that there isn’t any waiting.
Staff is nice. JD especially nice.
I don’t know if it can be done, but an exercise program with country music would be fun. Around 1pm a couple times a week.
The comradery that goes along with The Silver Sneakers classes, and the field trips that are educational as well.
I haven't actually participated in any of the programs or activities yet, but I do want to try the pilates at some point.

I attend a class on Wednesday mornings. Jay is committed and leads a good exercise class.
Everything
You offer some interesting activities and classes. I just wish you had more morning activities and classes.
Interested in the Water Volleyball class but the pool seems to be closed more often than it's open. I'm not sure what the problem is
Exercise classes
Well kept facility. We just need daycare a little more than an hour because we have custody of our grandson who is 6 months old which only leave us an hour to work out.
There are a variety of classes offered at all times of the day.
The fact that us older men can work out and shower to a location that is close.

I like the swimming area; pool, sauna and hot tub.
I am pleased with all interactions I have had with staff. Lana is phenomenal love her class, she is so energetic and encouraging.

Weight room and pool
There is currently a nice variety of group classes. Nice to see the addition of a Saturday class in the pool.
Love the silver sneakers classes. Instructors are fantastic! I don’t go into the weight room but I like seeing that a lot of people take advantage of it.

Water classes
I go to the fitness center 3 mornings a week. This has helped me recover from 4 operations in the last 4 years.
