The activities and programs are diversified and attract people of all ages and walks of life. Exercising is made fun and the group activities allow people to socialize and make friends. I love the exercise room and all the different equipment that you have. I never have to wait to use any of the machines. All the ladies that work their are also very nice and helpful too if I have a question or need help with learning how to use anything or just have a question..
Chair yoga
Abundance of programs, activities and equipment. Staff knowledgeable and accommodating.
I enjoy the Aquqcise, the locker rooms are clean and have plenty of lockers and showers. Front desk staff is helpful and plenty of parking
Everything they have very healthy fit programs for everyone.
You have excellent teachers in the swimming lesson program, and excellent coaching in the volleyball program. The French Creek Y is a very welcoming place.
