I like the exercise classes..body pump is my favorite. More classes on Sunday would be good too.

Swim exercise. Monday and Wednesday. 8am to 9am. Gail is such a good instructor.
Clean! Great instructors. Friendly staff. Interesting opportunities tor outings. Organized schedules for classes and travel.

I like the senior activities that are offered by the YMCA. I like the trips that are also offered by the Y.
Gym is clean and have everything I need. Workers are friendly and polite.

The competition pool is available for lap swimming weekdays most of the day.
I have not participated in any programs or activities, but I enjoy your facilities.
The activities are convenient for sure. I enjoy my aqua exercises in the morning. Now I started chair Yoga and I love them both for my sciatica.
Also, I have invited my niece to join with one of your e-mails for family and friends. I hope she joins soon.
More than one person I have met at this Y as told me how far they drive to get to the French Creek Y because it is so nice. The facility is well maintained. I want to thank those who continue to clean various areas. It can be challenging.
All the staff is so friendly and supportive.
