Enjoy yoga, use of the gym for pickelball and grandkids enjoy playing basketball. We use the pool occasionally and equipment in workout area. Also belong to a Pickelball league sponsored by the Y. The people are great!
The swimming is great. Great life guards and manager.
Enjoy the water Zumba on Tuesdays & Thursday evenings. It is great for my back issues, plus I have had 2 knee & 1 hip replacement. The water is the best thing for me, unfortunately I am still working & wish there were more evening classes. I do water walking & knee/hip therapy exercises on Sat & Sun. I really could use additional classes!
Programs, personnel, facilities.
Use the pool mostly. Only gripes I have are that comp pool is too cold at times. They keep aquatic office door open and it blows cold air into pool so it's cold when you swim and exit pool. They also keep door to parking lot open at times and cold air blows in there as well. Womans locker room is cold. Is there issues with ventilation system in the Y? Why does swim team use the womans locker room? Thought they were to use girls locker room?
Classes on a variety of times & classes that fit my needs are beneficial to my health, well being & all my new friends complete all the positives.
I really enjoyed the exercise classes. Only problem is they are extremely crowded.
Very active and varied. Everyone pleasant. Facility clean.

Variety and timing of classes
We enjoy the availability of the facility. And use it primarily for the exercise rooms.
I love the variety of classes for Seniors. The time just flies by. Many instructors also educate about rationale behind activities and how it protects our bodies from injuries. A person is more likely to participate if they understand the physiology behind the activity.
Facility, people, and programs.
I appreciate that I can slip into my day for a workout with ease. There are classes to fit all needs.
The people are very friendly and helpful. I love the pickleball program. The Y is full service.
Enjoy Nancy's water class, a lot to do with her personality and no judgement. I would be very interested in an additional water class that was arthritis.

Programs & exercise machines available. Only concern is the pins used to change weights on machines are not very helpful to those that have arthritis in their hands. They have a hard time adjusting the weight they need to use without some assistance.

I love the variety of equipment to use in the fitness area. The staff is so friendly, too.
Silver Sneakers and the treadmill … I also enjoy the walking track on inclement days. The yoga can be fun. I like the instructors and the staff … all friendly and fun people. We have also enjoyed bus trips. The facility is clean and welcoming. Thanks French Creek for helping me stay healthy in mind and body.
