The YMCA offers us the classes, training and support needed to create the changes we wish to see in our life. As a Wellness Educator and Founder at Choose Natural Now, I've taught several classes and also attended many class there. There are varied reasons a person fails when attempting to create change in their life. Having a resource and support system like the YMCA can be a huge benefit to those seeking change. While at the YMCA we are surrounded by others who are also looking to learn, grow, and implement in order to create the changes they wish to see in their life. Visiting the YMCA, on a regular basis, is a win win for me, my body, my outlook, my health and my brain. I'm looking forward to going on some of the trips the YMCA offers. With Kathy McKean leading the way I know they'll be lots of fun.
I like the positive vibe of the coaches and their willingness to challenge and encourage the kids to do more but safely.
This most recent round of lessons had several substitute instructors. They were fine but I felt it didn't allow for my child to have the continuity that is needed for progress in lessons.

The programs for older adults encourage strength training, movement, balance practices, and socialization. Your staff supplies private personal trainers also. Your facility is always super clean. The large room with individual pieces of equipment is so great.

I am thankful for the group of ladies who get together every Thursday to knit/crochet (Cap n Laps). Thus, we are able to donate countless items to those in need.
