I’ve been going to Dogtopia for several years now and my pup loves it. He is able to get all his energy out while I’m at work and comes home ready to relax. The staff has always been great. Super friendly and communicates any concerns. I wouldn’t know what to do without Dogtopia.

Everyone is welcoming and friendly! I love that there are cameras for me to check in on my pup. My dog seems very comfortable around the staff.

Dogtopia of Columbus-Downtown is great! This is my pup Zuko's third Dogtopia experience as we have moved a few times. He has a blast playing with his friends and they provide great care.
Everything...been going there for awhile. The staff is very 👍 nice, courteous, and polite.
Every time I drop my dog, Rodger, off, the employees are so kind and friendly and know him by name. All I have to say to Rodger is, “want to go to daycare?” And he goes running to the door ready to go and when we get to daycare, he practically drags me to the front because he is so excited to go in and spend the day with everyone - employees and furriends. All of the enrichment activities and photo ops are just icing on the cake! I could not more highly recommend Dogtopia!

My dogs really love going to Dogtopia. They recognize when we park at the location. Tails start wagging, snorts and sneezes of excitement. When we exit the car both boys literally drag me across the pavement. The staff are really great and work so well with the dogs. Lots of activities, events to keep the dogs engaged. Communication about services and feedback about your dog’s wellbeing is shared readily.
We like the fact that Dogtopia always has daily activities for the pups. We sign up our Bentley to quite a few of them. We also like the convenient hours and the fact that you are close to our place of work. We have boarded Bentley there a couple of times and he had such a wonderful time. Another item that we like is the in house grooming; Heather is the best!
The staff is very friendly and my nervous dog was very excited to greet them on our second drop off after the meet and greet.
They updated us on a dog friend she seemed to have made and worked with us on a difficult scheduling situation. They are a pleasure to work with and reasonably priced for the obvious care they show the dogs during their stay. 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun and safe place for their dog while they are out!
Everyone really likes the dog and they know them by name. I also like that each day has a theme that usually includes a special treat.

We love Dogtopia! They are always so excited to see Nami whenever she walks in. The staff is phenomenal and I know Nami is in good hands when we leave her there. Nami always comes home dog tired from having so much fun.

The staff is very friendly and takes really good care of my two dogs that mean so much to me. Heather went out of her way to help them get their fur trimmed for the hot weather. They looked great. They have a loyal customer in me.

The staff are friendly and caring towards the dogs. Lots of activities are offered, being able to view the webcams is a plus. The air ventilation has improved since our last visit bc he didn't come home as stinky.
My wife and I love the convenience that Dogtopia offers whereas they are located downtown and close to where we work. The staff are always very friendly and just love our Bentley. Dogtopia makes it easy to schedule daycare, nail trims, and baths as they are all done in house by Heather. We feel that Dogtopia was the best choice for our pup as he loves going there and playing with his BFF.
Everyone genuinely enjoys the dogs. They are welcoming and very accommodating to customer needs. The monthly schedule is full of themes and treats.
Honey B has gone here for 3 years now and it has been am absolutely amazing experience for her! It has helped her be a more calm and well socialized dog. Everyone is so friendly and we feel so comfortable having her be there!
