My dog loves it! She can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive; sometimes I need them to help me coax her into the car in the afternoons. She gets lots of exercise which has taken off some weight she needed to lose. I can get her bathed there which is very convenient. Staff members learned her name quickly which made me feel dogs there were individualized from one another. Staff are friendly to me and keep me informed of my dog's behavior and aspects of her personality that I have not seen at home, partially because she hasn't been with me all that long. Dogtopia is right on the way to my work which is an added bonus. I feel very fortunate to have found Dogtopia!

Scheduling daycare and boarding was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and polite. She gets great care while at daycare and looks great after getting groomed.

Our pup Bentley has been coming to Dogtopia for almost three years now. He just loves going and while there is very well taken care of. We like the fact that not only is Dogtopia a daycare, but they also offer grooming/spa treatments, and boarding. We have definitely taken advantage of those over the years. I cannot say enough about all of the staff; they truly love all the pups in their care, they are very supportive, and are just wonderful people! I have gotten to know quite a few of the staff over the years that Bentley has been at Dogtopia daycare, and just want to say that you are the best!

It's only been a few days but so far Roni loves Dogtopia. It would be nice if there were an outdoor play area to give the dogs an occasional change in environment. Roni came home with digestion issues yesterday. This is unusual for her. I've been sending her regular food with her to eat at Dogtopia during the daytime.

Roni loves the people and the doggy interaction. The staff have all been very friendly.

We love Dogtopia! The staff is amazing and I know my dog is in good hands whenever she is there.

I like the flexibility and the handy location. I travel to Columbus with my dog on occasion and I can always count on Dogtopia to watch my dog when needed. I also really like the grooming services! Heather is the best!

All of the staff is not only wonderful with my dog, but wonderful with the dog parents too. I have always had positive interactions but have also witnessed excellent customer service with other parents. I feel that my dog is treated really well, and the planned activities will often drive what day I bring my dog. I love that they have spa services and if my dog needs his nails done, they are able to do that while he is in daycare, saving me time and having to take him to an additional place to do it. Lastly, being able to watch him on the webcam really puts my mind at ease and I can check on him during the day and watch him play. My co-workers will also watch, and it seems to really make others happy to watch the dogs play!!

It's very easy to schedule a drop-off. The workers are soo nice and love all the dogs. My dog is learning boundaries with other dogs, too!

I completely trust the staff at Dogtopia. This is my number one reason for recommending their services to others. Because when I drop off my dog, Sunny, I know she is completely safe and in good hands, and I never have to worry about her care.

Our pup Bentley just loves Dogtopia and all of his BFF. We have been so pleased that Bentley is being been socialized with other dogs. We also like that he can be groomed and boarded in one location. The staff at Dogtopia really excel in managing all of the pups in their care and it shows. Everyone is so friendly and outgoing: Dogtopia is a great choice for daycare.

Every time we bring in our two pups, they make us feel like our dogs are their absolute favorite. And I know they make everyone feel this way! One of our dogs is everybody’s best friend and the other is learning to be more trusting of humans and is pretty timid. They are so great with both of them and both of our dogs LOVE getting to go to Dogtopia! The most amazing part is the time they take to really get to know the dogs and their personalities. We have used Dogtopia (after trying two other local dog daycare places with a lot of issues) for daycare twice a week for around 16 months and we have boarded both dogs for up to 12 days at a time. Were always so excited and anxious to pick them up, but honestly I don’t think the pups could care less. They love being with their Dogtopia friends so much!!

I love how nice and positive the staff is and each visit Winnie knows that too. I like the location and how flexible and reliable Dogtopia is.
