We like the convenience of the location in downtown Columbus, and the ability to drop our pup off early. Most of all we like all of the people who work there as they are very nice,cordial, best of all, they take great care of all the pups.
The groomer was very nice. She took time to explain her service before starting the grooming, and afterwards she explained why she did certain things.

My wife and I are very happy with our choice of taking Bentley to Dogtopia. All of the staff are very friendly, and good stewards of taking care of everyone's furry children. We make sure to sign Bentley up for lots of activities, which he just loves. We have boarded Bentley multiple times, and we never worried about how he was doing, as we knew that he was well cared for. Thank you for all that you do, not only for Bentley, but all of the pups.

We love Dogtopia-Dowtown Columbus! The staff are so friendly, they give you a recap when you pick up of how you dogs day was, they are very interactive with all the dogs, and you can watch you pet on the cams!
I recently returned after many months and needed your services on the weekend May 4, 5, 13,14 and the process of scheduling and assurance from your staff that it was approved was such a relief knowing my dog was safely cared for. Especially working in healthcare
and your amazing hours 6am - 8pm. Webcam is also great seeing your dog having know. such a relief as a dog mom. thankyou

I love the friendly staff. I love the way they have daily activities, offer photoshoots (because my dog only smiles for them!!), and the crafts are all over my office! You can just really tell they care about your dog!!

We are confident that Luka will be safe and have fun while at Dogtopia. The camera allows us to watch as he roams around with other dogs. We never saw any dogs exhibiting bad behaviors. Allows a dog to be a dog. The staff are special people.
Our pup Bentley V just loves coming to Dogtopia to play with his BFF's. Bentley is well taken care by the staff, and is just tuckered out when he gets home from daycare. This is a testament to all the fun that he has during his stay. There are multiple activities for all the pups, and the staff comes up with some great photo ops and theme days. We try to make sure that Bentley participates in many of them. Dogtopia was such a good find for us, and we are so happy that we found you.

My dog is always excited when she arrives at Dogtopia. That is a pretty good indication to me she feels safe and is treated well. The team there is always kind when we arrive.
Love Dogtopia and the quality of care that they provide my pups! I appreciate that the staff takes the time to learn my dogs' names and their personality traits. Additionally, I know they are being treated with love and respect because they basically hop out of the car to go into daycare!
I very much appreciate that you separate the large dogs from the small dogs. . The number of dogs in the room is reasonable and there is always at least one, if not, two people in the room with the dogs. It was especially nice to see the dog sitters, giving my puppy love and letting him sit beside them from time to time.
The reason I know all of this is because of the WebCam, which gives a new-ish dog mom, a tremendous sense of confidence my dog is being well-cared for.
