All the canine coaches!!

I love how everyday is themed, it’s a new “adventure” for my pup! I always know how my pup’s day was either from the webcams, social media or the coaches being informative about his day during pick up!

Jasper and his paw-rents love Dogtopia so much! We love that there is something special and fun planned for every day. The breed meet up days are great as well. All the canine coaches are very friendly and are great with Jasper even when he barks in their face! Jasper is always extremely excited to come to daycare and is always tired after playing all day with his BFFFs. We love watching him on the webcam!

Dogtopia is literally a DOGTOPIA! I know that William receives the best attention and care while he is with these amazing folks who truly have a passion for what they do! His activity calendar is more involved than most humans and the treats, activity and love he receive leave him blissfully exhausted every time! PLUS- I always get the best cuddles after he as spent a day with his BFFFs.

Everyone is so friendly, and I can tell they love our dog as much as we do!

The staff is friendly and there are always fun photo opportunities and themed events. It's so much fun to see what they come up with every month. I love being able to watch my dog on the camera throughout the day. I've also used their grooming services several times and my dog always looks great. My dog previously had to have medication before being groomed at the previous groomer we used. That is no longer an issue now that we've been having him groomed at Dogtopia as he is comfortable there and trusts the staff.

Staff is super friendly & really cares about all the dogs! It's always great to see how excited they are to see my pup.

I like your location relative to my office building and my commute. Although I've been teleworking since mid-March, it has still been worth my time to bring my pup in for exercise and socialization. I like the flexibility of the monthly day care package (12 days) because I am not in control of my virtual meetings and cannot necessarily bring her in on previously set days while telecommuting. I also like your philosophy for interacting with the dogs and my pup genuinely has a good time. The cameras are also a great way to check in.

EVERYTHING! Already recommended a friend but she lives on the other side of town so she’s using that one instead of downtown!

My little guy typically isn’t a fan of people outside of our family but he doesn’t hesitate going with a Dogtopia team member! He’s so comfortable with everyone and loves playing with his friends!

Our dog is so excited to go to daycare when her days come and the activities she participates in and little gifts she brings home are the best! The staff so clearly care about the dogs and the environment, the communication is stellar and I love being able to check in on my girl during the day via the webcam.

The staff is so very welcoming and friendly. From our. Meet and greet until now, they’re like our pup’s extended family. He recognizes them and gets excited when he see them. The curbside drop off is a nice convenience as well. Being engaged with the pups throughout the day challenge them physically, but as well as mentally. Daycare has been amazing for our pup. Thank you!

Appreciate the love and attention staff seem to give my dog - and that they know the pets and pet parents! Also love the fun they have with their theme days as well as transparency about cleaning and practices at Dogtopia!

We are grateful for the extended hours they provide healthcare workers. We work 7am to 730pm and have a hard time with anyone accepting drop offs before 630 and pickups after 730. We cannot always leave right on time due to the nature of our job, but Dogtopia gives us piece of mind.
Oh pup LOVES day care, he is so excited to see the staff every time we come through the door. I know he is getting physical and mental stimulation when he is there with the fun activities they plan throughout the month.

The staff is fantastic my little corgi was not feeling well one day and they gave her quiet time and called me to let me know how she was doing I also love all the fun things they do while playing with them

Our dog loves Dogtopia and so do we. She enjoys all the staff and has both human and dog BFF’s! We love she has fun all day (or night as boarding has been a great experience too). When she gets home she is calm and enjoys hanging out and relaxing, not getting into puppy trouble. We highly recommend Dogtopia of Downtown. It has saved our sanity with our awesome energetic pup.

Everything was great! I love the attention to detail. I love that there's care put into the design of the facility as well as how the dogs are introduced to one another. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
