Our dog is so happy and well worn out! I love watching her enter the room and say hi to her friends, I love the activities and photos, and particularly how much the staff loves our dog.

What do you like about our services?

My dog is always so excited when I drop him off in the morning. The special events and photo opportunities are so cute and fun. The grooming services have been great and my dog is so much more comfortable here than at places I've taken him previously. This has improved his socialization skills with other dogs and he gets great exercise!

EVERYTHING!
The staff is personable and they greet Lumos with such enthusiasm and love.
I trust that they will not only take care of my dog, but all the dogs and make sure they are all safe and happy.

What do you like about our services?

I like the philosophy of Dogtopia and the way the play rooms are structured and conducted. I've never had a concern about leaving my pup with you as I know she will be safe.

I love the fact that you greet my puppy by name every morning. Also love the fact that you keep activities throughout the day. I liove the fact that I can peek in on the WebCam and See her happy tail wagging as she was about the room.

The staff obviously loves dogs and people almost as much!
You are SERIOUS about animal and human safety!
You clearly get that dogs are your customers and the owners work for the dogs. All of the enrichment activities are fantastic, your systems are efficient and the staff is friendly and professional.

Very open communication from everyone at Dogtopia! I know my pup is safe and loved while I’m at work. Also - all of the extras like the events and spa are a big plus!

Lenny and I are so excited and grateful for Dogtopia! The staff and facility are great. Lenny has had two fantastic days of daycare and has met some old friends and made some new ones.

I thought everyone that worked there was helpful. The staff was able to answer all questions I had and truly made me feel comfortable to leave my dog there. Despite arriving early the staff was accommodating. It was very re-assuring that all of the dogs there got along. Definitely recommend to any dog owners!

Every staff member treats each dog like their own. You can tell they love the animals and their job! I couldn’t say enough great things about Dogtopia downtown. So convenient to my work, pickup and drop off is made so easy!
Not to mention our sweet goldendoodle LOVES going and comes home so sleepy from playing all day.
