On the wait list. I first checked in it was a 15 minute wait. Too soon. Checked in again 20 minutes later and it was 2 hrs 15 minutes wait.

Usually, I have great experiences getting my haircut at sportsclips plainview. Saturday, I did not. I saw Nae, who i normally do not go foe. My visit felt very rushed, it was unusually rough, and no attention paid to detail. Thus morning while getting ready for work, I noticed one side not blended like the other and stragglers left on top. After my wash, it wasn't gone back over to get said stragglers. When asked to look in a mirror at the back of my head and neck, there were more than a few scratches. When I got home, my wife asked what happened to my head. The scratches were superficial and have since faded, but I dont think thats something to walk out of haircut with. I trust most of the stylists at sport clips and dont nitpick as they're working. I should have taken a closer look before I left, but thats what trust commands. I haven't had issues like this before. Hopefully this can be a learning experience.
Lex paid attention to the pictures I showed and cut it gradually down to the perfect length. Always friendly staff , they treat everyone like they are special. She never used to much product in my hair to make it look pasted down. All in all a wonderful experience.
Great service - fun place, timely schedule, outstanding haircut, included shampoo, hot towel, shoulder massage, trim, good conversation, and able to watch some sports on the tube :-)

My teenage son has very thick curly hair, which is not easy to cut. He was nervous about getting it cut, because he’s had a few bad cuts in the past 2 years. Many take it way too short for his requests, so he asked that I come with him this time and watch the cut. We communicated to Rachel P. His concerns, and showed her a few photos of too short, and just right. She was amazing! I stood there per his request, which I’m sure was not ideal for her. But watching (i have thick curly hair too) I could tell she was good with cutting curls. My son walked out very happy with his cut for the first time in a while. Great service all around!
