Mattie does an excellent job cutting my hair and the MVP shoulder massage, and hot facial towel are relaxing.

I like the scheduling process with regular updates. But that wouldn't matter unless the cut wasn't done well so the other thing I like is the consistent quality of hair cut i receive.

I like the program but wish I could make an appointment. The current system is hard for me to work with if I want a certain stylist because it takes me half hour to get to the shop. I have to log in right after she gets a new client in her chair. If I log in sooner I can never make it to the shop in tome.
