I’ve been a customer of Kaitlin H. the manager of two local stores in Louisville, Kentucky for nearly 7 years now. Without a doubt Sport Clips as a franchise owned company and as a National chain of stores found a gem when they hired Kaitlin. She exemplifies professionalism and customer service beyond any expectations. Recently she endured a personal tragedy that most would find it difficult to overcome. Not Kaitlin. She’s an amazing person and should be recognized for her service.

The service that I received was amazing. My regular hair stylist was on leave, however with the amazing system that Sport Clips has, Mary stepped in to cover my regular hair stylist's absence. I can not say enough, Mary was so professional, very detailed and gave me a great hair cut. What a great team! I highly recommend Sport Clips and Mary.

Simple. I liked Stacey. She was so attentive to detail while being very personable and helpful. Best haircut I’ve had in awhile. The hot towel never fails to be pure magic. Sport Clips is the real MVP!
