I really like the notes each stylist makes about how I'd like my hair to be cut. That makes it easier to allow any of the stylists to cut my hair instead of having to wait for the one person who gets it right all the time.

Love the products but honestly I go for amber sherrard. She's been cutting my hair for years and I literally only go to her. She's super friendly and always has a smile on her face. That plus she's extremely good at what she does. She deserves the recognition please.
