I was so glad to to return to Sport Clips after the long absence. As usual, the stylist did a great job on my hair, in addition to observing all the appropriate COVID-19 precautions. I felt very comfortable with the whole set up, and your stylists should be lauded for all they are doing.
I understand it must be stressful for them, but I saw all the stylists being as friendly and professional as ever.
I've been coming here for a while now and continue to do so because I know I can consistently get a good haircut. This was the second day this location was open since the lockdown I think and so wait times shown online for the checkin were up to four hours, but when I arrived I waited about the same amount of time that I usually do, which is only a few minutes.
I think the store did a great job meeting safety requirements. People weren't allowed to wait inside, everyone wore a mask, santized everything, etc.
Good job on everyone's part and I was very satisfied with my haircut, especially since it had been about three months since my last one. It was quite a relief. And props to Stacy and the other ladies; it's good that they get to go back and I'm sure they have had to deal with all manner of impolite and falsely-entitled people who don't want to follow safety guidelines. I thought the precautions were perfectly reasonable, so right on!

Two words. Instant gratification.
The Mgt staff were on point, as per the norm, but even moreso during these strange times. Though I could have easily gone across the river or find someone to cut my hair, I waited over 2 months since my last cut, specifically to go back to the stellar staff at this sport clips.
The staff were amazing and accommodating throughout the checkin and cut process. It’s safe to say you guys will see me again in my usual 2 week cut schedule. Thank you and stay safe. :)
