Only thing I would suggest is trimming ear hair.
Regular customer because of great service, friendly stylists, easy online scheduling unth text updates. I also travel regularly so it's been great to have my information in the system if I need a trim on the road.

For the most part i love my time each visit. My one big gripe is the way you handle your appointments. I have the app but forget me password often. I am severely penalized for being a walk in. When i walk in, i should be the next in line after the next Check in online. But this is not how it works. The walk in's are pushed behind all of the check in onlines. Very frustrating.

I enjoy my monthly trips to Sport Clips. The staff is friendly and the veteran discount makes it an affordable luxury.
