It’s easy to get an appointment. Like all your services you wash my hair, cut hair on ears and neck and I get a nice hair cut. You get a message on neck and shoulder with a hot towel on you face. Love to be pampered.

Waiting customer didn't understand how the check-in system worked and people who walk in CAN be ahead of them in line. Sue tried to answer his question, but Sue then asked the store manager to explain. Customer didn't want to listen and walked out. Not anybody's fault at Sports Clip...then Sue delivers a perfect 10/10 haircut. Sue, graceful under pressure!
