Excellent help and service was provided during the time I was there.
The guys at Don Franklin Auto were really great. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and worked hard on getting us a rental vehicle while working to get the part in that we needed. They were great in communicating and keeping us updated on what was going on with the progress. I would definitely go to them if I was in the area again and needed service and certainly recommend them to anyone.

Lamar in the service department is awesome. I recently had an issue with my 2020 ram on the way to work and I drove straight to the service center in Somerset. He had my truck in the shop immediately and the problem fixed by mid day. Very courteous and very professional. I give Lamar an A+! Thank you!
I really like my vechile I purchased. The salesmen were wonderful, and very nice. That’s what it takes to sale if he had been rude I would have walked without even looking at a vechile. I will definitely recommend Don Franklin to my friends.

The service was fantastic and fast!! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Logan especially went out of his way to accommodate me since I was on the clock myself and I appreciated so much!!
